1. Nature of Services

The Transformation Alchemist provides transformational coaching, NLP-based identity pattern rewiring, business systems consulting, and operational strategy services. These services are educational and coaching in nature.

The services provided by The Transformation Alchemist and Kerri-Leigh Manning are not, and are not intended to be, a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic treatment.

Kerri-Leigh Manning is a qualified NLP Master Coach, Practitioner, and Trainer. She is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, medical practitioner, or licensed therapist under Australian law.

2. Not a Mental Health Service

While our work may involve exploring beliefs, identity, subconscious patterns, and personal history, this work is conducted within a coaching framework — not a clinical or therapeutic one.

If you are currently experiencing, or believe you may be experiencing, any of the following, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a registered mental health professional before or alongside engaging with our services:

• Clinical depression, anxiety disorders, or other diagnosed mental health conditions

• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or complex trauma

• Eating disorders or self-harm

• Active suicidal ideation or crisis states

• Psychosis or dissociative disorders

Our commitment to your wellbeing means we will always refer you to appropriate professional support if we believe it is in your best interests.

3. Business & Financial Outcomes

Any business strategies, systems frameworks, financial projections, or operational recommendations provided through our programs are educational in nature. They are based on Kerri-leigh Manning's experience and expertise, but they do not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice.

Individual results will vary. Client outcomes depend on many factors including but not limited to the client's individual circumstances, effort, implementation, market conditions, and personal readiness. No specific business, financial, or income outcome is guaranteed.

Any results or testimonials shared on this website or in our programs represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.

4. Transformation & Personal Responsibility

Engagement with The Transformation Alchemist's programs requires your active participation and personal responsibility. Transformation is a co-created process. While we provide the frameworks, tools, and facilitation, sustainable change requires your commitment and follow-through.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging with these services and that you take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from your participation.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information, business details, and content shared within our coaching programs is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Group program participants are also bound by a confidentiality expectation with respect to content shared by fellow participants in group settings.
