Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
At The Transformation Alchemist, we are committed to delivering genuine transformation. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our values of integrity and transparency.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on this website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Transformation Begins — 1-Day Digital Workshop ($99)
2.1 Non-Refundable Policy
All sales for the Transformation Begins workshop are final. Due to the digital nature of this event and the preparation costs involved, this ticket is non-refundable once purchased.
2.2 Transfers
Your ticket is transferable under the following conditions:
• You may transfer your ticket to a future scheduled Transformation Begins date.
• You may transfer your ticket to another person (a fellow SOULpreneur is welcome).
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to alchemist@thetransformationalchemist.com no less than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
• Transfers requested less than 48 hours before the event cannot be accommodated.
2.3 Event Cancellation by The Transformation Alchemist
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by us, all registered participants will receive either a full refund or a transfer to the next available date — at the participant's choice. We will notify you with as much notice as possible.
3. The Freedom Blueprint — 8-Week Group Program ($2,000)
3.1 The 10-Day Alchemy Guarantee
If, after completing the first module of The Freedom Blueprint, you feel the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund less a 10% administration fee within 10 days of your program commencement date.
To initiate a refund under this guarantee:
• Submit your request in writing to alchemist@thetransformationalchemist.com within the 10-day window.
• Include your full name, purchase date, and a brief reason for your request.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
3.2 After the 10-Day Window
No refunds will be issued after the 10-day window has passed. This is because proprietary digital assets, workbooks, and automation blueprints have been shared and cannot be returned. This policy is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions for digital products.
3.3 Payment Plan Default
Clients on a milestone payment plan who fail to make a scheduled payment will have their access to coaching calls, digital modules, and live sessions automatically suspended until the outstanding payment is received. Access will be reinstated within 24 hours of payment clearing. No refund is available for previously accessed modules.
4. Sovereign Alchemist — 6-Month 1:1 Partnership ($5,500)
4.1 The 10-Day Alchemy Guarantee
The same 10-Day Alchemy Guarantee applies to the Sovereign Alchemist program. If, after your first session, you do not feel the partnership is aligned, you may request a full refund less a 10% administration fee within 10 days of your commencement date.
4.2 Non-Refundable Deposit
The $1,500 commencement deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. This deposit secures the founder's capacity and time, which cannot be reallocated once committed.
4.3 After the 10-Day Window
No refunds will be issued after the 10-day window. No refund is available for sessions already delivered.
4.4 Client-Initiated Early Termination
If a client chooses to exit the program after the 10-day window, all remaining scheduled payments are cancelled. No refund is issued for amounts already paid. Proprietary materials and session recordings provided to the client remain theirs to keep.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract. If a service is found to have a major failure, you are entitled to your legal remedies under the ACL.
