You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.
Personal use of content for your own learning and development within a purchased program is permitted. Sharing, reselling, or distributing program content to third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Program Enrolment & Access
When you purchase a program or workshop, you are purchasing a licence to access the program content for your personal use only. This licence is non-transferable (except as permitted under the Refund & Cancellation Policy) and non-sublicensable.
Access to digital program content will be provided within the timeframe stated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve program content at any time to maintain quality and relevance.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full (or as per the agreed payment plan schedule) before access to services is granted.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Returned or disputed payments that are found to be invalid may result in suspension of access to programs and services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Transformation Alchemist provides all services and website content on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We are not responsible for any technical issues caused by third-party platforms including Squarespace, Stripe, Zoom, or Kajabi.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services or this Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.
