This work is built on trust, so this policy is written to be read rather than skimmed past. It is clear, it is fair, and it is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.
Please read it before you purchase. By completing a transaction with us, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.
Two consecutive half days, 3.5 hours each, live on Zoom. No recording. Price is in AUD and includes GST.
All sales are final. Because places are limited and preparation begins well before the first session, this ticket is non-refundable once purchased.

The two days are designed as one piece of work: the first releases the pattern, the second rebuilds on it. Attending only one day does not entitle you to a partial refund, and there is no recording of the day you miss.
Sixty minutes, 1:1, online. No programme commitment. Limited to one per person.
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice in writing. Life happens, and I would rather move a session than have you arrive unable to use it.
Cancellations inside 48 hours, and sessions where you do not attend, are treated as delivered. The time was held for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
The session fee is refundable in full if you cancel more than 48 hours before the booked time. Once the session has been delivered it is non-refundable.
Discovery Coaching is a single diagnostic session, available once per person. It is not an ongoing engagement and cannot be booked repeatedly in place of a programme. Ongoing 1:1 work is delivered through Sovereign Alchemist.
If you enrol in Freedom Blueprint or Sovereign Alchemist within 14 days of your Discovery session, the full $350 is credited against your programme fee. The credit applies once, is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with another offer.
Twelve weeks. Six fortnightly Thursday half days, live, in a small group. Three intakes a year.
If, after the first live half day, you feel this is not the right fit, you may request a full refund less a 10% administration fee within 72 hours of the programme commencement date. Requests must be in writing to alchemist@thetransformationalchemist.com and include your full name, purchase date and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
No refunds are issued after the window closes, because the frameworks, workbooks and pricing and systems materials have been shared and cannot be returned. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions for digital products and delivered services.
Where a payment plan has been agreed in writing, a missed scheduled payment suspends access to sessions and materials until the outstanding amount is received. Access is reinstated within 24 hours of payment clearing. No refund is available for sessions or materials already delivered.
Six monthly 1:1 sessions, monthly community sessions and email support, by mutual agreement.
Sovereign Alchemist builds on the Freedom Blueprint and is available to Blueprint graduates only. Where a place is offered and the prerequisite has not been completed, no engagement is formed and no payment is taken.
If, after your first session, the partnership does not feel aligned, you may request a full refund of amounts paid beyond the commencement deposit, less a 10% administration fee, within 72 hours of your commencement date.
The $1,500 commencement deposit is non-refundable. It secures six months of held capacity, which cannot be reallocated once committed.
Sessions may be rescheduled once each with at least 48 hours notice. One make-up session is available across the engagement; beyond that, a missed session is treated as delivered.
If you choose to exit after the 72-hour window, remaining scheduled payments are cancelled from the date of written notice. No refund is issued for amounts already paid or sessions already delivered. Materials and recordings already provided remain yours to keep.

This work asks something of you, and there is usually a point in it where the ground moves and leaving looks like the sensible option. That moment is often the work itself rather than a sign the programme is wrong.
So before you cancel, withdraw or stop attending, please reach out. Email alchemist@thetransformationalchemist.com or call and share what is going on. Pace can be adjusted, dates can be moved, and sessions can be reshaped around what has changed. Nothing you raise will be met with pressure to stay.
This is an invitation, not a condition. It does not extend any window above, and it does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract. If a service has a major failure, you are entitled to your remedies under the ACL.
